Comprehensive PRO conversion with a distinctive rally front end

The PRO conversion kit completely transforms the BMW R 850 R or R 1100 R with a front end inspired by the legendary R 80 GS PD, twin headlights, Fenouil windshield and a newly configured rear. The motorcycle's odometer, tachometer and warning lights can continue to be used.

PRO front end and aerodynamic protection

• Lightweight Fenouil windshield with aerodynamic protection and matching mounting clamps
• Available in matte black, Alpine White or red, depending on the version
• PRO headlight with two included H11 bulbs, adjustable housing and wiring
• Optical unit based on the proven BMW R 1200 R design
• Steel headlight frame with durable powder coating
• Frame for mounting the headlight, high fender, original turn signals, windshield and original instruments
• High front fender styled after the GS models of the 1980s, matching the selected front color

Instruments and warning lights

• Installation kit for continued use of the original odometer, tachometer and warning lights
• Compatible only with the PRO headlight frame
• Precision-fit adapter made of 3D-printed plastic for the original warning lights
• The adapter's color and finish match the instrument mount

Headlight guard and handlebar area

• Handcrafted stainless steel headlight guard with durable powder coating and complete mounting hardware
• The guard is mounted on the PRO headlight without the windshield and is not approved for road use
• Steel handlebar with a width of 78 cm
• CNC-machined handlebar risers and handlebar mounts made of solid aluminum alloy with a matte black anodized finish
• Leather pad for the handlebar crossbar
• One mirror made of black anodized aluminum with a diameter of 72 mm
• Two CNC-machined aluminum bar ends with a gloss black finish and mounting screws
• The mirror is not approved

Suspension and tank trim

• Pair of high-quality rubber fork gaiters to protect the fork during off-road use
• Steel side protection tube with a durable black epoxy powder coating
• Split-leather trim for the space between the tank and the classic seat created by the design
• The tank trim protects the knee area and integrates into the lines of the motorcycle

Rear conversion, seat and luggage rack

• High license plate holder made of black epoxy powder-coated steel tubing with an aluminum plate
• Round taillight with chrome ring and included bulbs
• License plate mounting area measuring 185 × 185 mm
• Compact luggage rack made of steel tubing and an aluminum plate with non-slip pads and a matte black powder coating
• Seat made of high-quality genuine Italian leather, water-repellent canvas and handcrafted cotton-thread stitching
• Comfortable ABS seat base for longer journeys
• Frame for installation on the original mounting points; the original lock and vehicle key remain usable
• Pair of lightweight side panels made of special resin with carbon fiber reinforcements and a matte black finish

Turn signals and adapters

• Four approved minimalist turn signals with 12 V/21 W bulbs and wiring
• The front turn signals also emit orange light to the rear
• Pair of adapters for moving the BASIC turn signals outward when installed together with the PRO headlight and Fenouil windshield
• Concealed cable routing through the adapter tubes

Installation and compatibility

The kit is designed for BMW R 850 R and R 1100 R. The headlight frame is mounted on the included handlebar risers. The luggage rack provides the required rear mounting point for the included seat. The side panels can be installed quickly and remain compatible with the original cases.
