Comprehensive care for canvas, leather and split leather

This maintenance set was put together for the regular cleaning and care of accessories, bags and jackets made of canvas, smooth leather or split leather. The products included fulfill different tasks - from waterproofing and waxing to the targeted treatment of scratches and sticky residues.

Care products and tools

• Waterproofing spray for the regular treatment of leather, canvas and split leather
• Solid wax block for resealing stressed accessories
• Black or brown color cream to cover scratches and scuffs on smooth leather
• Soft cleaning brush with wooden handle for even, scratch-free brushing
• Brush with brass bristles and wooden handle for cleaning and caring for split leather
• Cleaning disc for removing glue and sticky materials

Application of the waterproofing spray

If necessary, first clean the item with warm, clear water. The spray can be used on wet or dry material.

• Shake bottle before use.
• Spray evenly from a distance of 10-15 cm.
• Wipe with a clean, damp cloth to improve distribution and reduce waste.
• For optimal results, allow to dry for 12 hours.

Safety notice: Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid eye and prolonged skin contact and use only in a well-ventilated area.

Application of the solid wax

For regularly used accessories, the manufacturer recommends resealing at least once a year. A soft cloth or sponge and a heat source are required for processing.

• Remove dirt and sand and clean the material with a sponge and cold water.
• Do not use soap or detergents.
• Do not machine wash, dry clean, iron or tumble dry.
• Prepare the object to be treated in a warm room, in the sun or near a heat source.
• Spread the wax sparingly with a cloth or sponge, rub in thoroughly and pay particular attention to seams and folds.
• For an even finish, heat the waxed material with a hairdryer and then hang it in a warm place overnight.

Targeted cleaning and color care

• Color cream: Use only for smooth leather, not for split leather. Clean the area, massage the cream in with a sponge, let it dry for 15 minutes and polish with a soft cloth. Contents: 50 ml.
• Cleaning disc: Apply light pressure over glue or sticky residue and then clean with a soft cloth. Dimensions: 100 × 60 mm, thickness 8 mm.
• Brushes: The soft brush is used for gentle cleaning; the brass bristle brush is intended for split leather.
