Aprilia RSV1000 [2004-2008] - Evo clutch and short brake lever set
Description
Precise lever control for the Aprilia RSV1000
Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Lever Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support a comfortable grip and controlled operation.
Foldable clutch lever
If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever blade can deflect upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring with bearing reliably holds the lever in its intended position while driving. It can then be reset manually.
Short Evo brake lever
The shortened brake lever is designed for operation with two fingers. Because its ball end is closer to the vehicle than a full-length lever, it is further away from the handlebar end. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the construction.
Individually adjustable
- Six-way adjustable grip width on both levers
- Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm
- Milled markings to clearly indicate the selected position
- Red anodized reach adjusters
Machined aluminum construction
Lever blades and mounting connections are milled from solid aluminum and permanently anodized black. Millings on the backs reduce the weight without losing sight of the required strength. Precision-milled mounting connections enable the integration of the original components.
- CNC manufactured components
- Black anodizing on levers and mounts
- CNC machined stainless steel components including clevis pins and locking clips
- Evotech Performance logos on levers and mounting connections
