Precise lever control for the Aprilia RS 660

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Lever Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support comfortable operation and a controlled lever feel.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring and bearing keep it securely in position while driving; It can then be manually returned to its original position.

Short Evo brake lever

The non-folding brake lever is designed for operation with two fingers. Its compact length positions the ball end closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. A defined predetermined breaking area at the end of the ball complements the design.

Individually adjustable

• Six-way adjustable grip width on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm
• Milled markings show the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for different finger lengths

Assembly

The precise CNC machining of the bracket mounts is designed to accommodate the standard components. After assembly, the lever function, freedom of movement and the selected reach setting must be carefully checked.

In setting position 6, the levers can touch the fairing when the steering wheel is fully turned. This is particularly important to pay attention to when maneuvering and during the final functional check.
