BOYESEN RC2 wheel valve for the KTM 150 EXC TPI

The BOYESEN RC2 wheel valve was developed for the KTM 150 EXC TPI from the 2022-2023 model year range. The model-specific design takes into account the vehicle model, year of manufacture and displacement and creates a specifically tailored solution for the intake system.

Aerodynamically designed intake path

The valve body is made of 100% aluminum and has an aerodynamic inner surface treatment. Quadruple aerodynamic flow dividers distribute the angled load evenly and without loss of flow. This supports an efficiently designed intake path and is designed to optimize intake performance and increase peak power and acceleration for this specific model.

Matched membrane blades

The variably pre-tensioned membrane blades are model-specific and are made of aerospace carbon material. A rubber coating and the fuel resistance of the membrane blades support a long-lasting seal in the intake system. The multi-stage membrane control complements the design tailored to the respective engine.
