BOYESEN wheel membrane block for Kawasaki KX 250

The BOYESEN wheel membrane block is developed as a model-specific intake system for the Kawasaki KX 250 (KX 250 R) built between 2005 and 2008. The design combines an optimized inner surface with a flow-oriented design of the intake tract.

Function and construction

The membrane block has a 4-way diffuser. This supports the optimization of the air flows and is designed to avoid pressure losses in the intake area. The membrane plates work with variable, model-specific flexibility and are made of aviation-grade carbon.

Design for competition use

BOYESEN's RC2 membrane blocks are designed for competition use. Their design is aimed at optimized intake air flows as well as better efficiency, performance and improved pulling power of the motorcycle.

Assembly and vehicle assignment

Intake connection and fastening clamps are included in the scope of delivery. The membrane block is intended for direct installation without modification on the Kawasaki KX 250 (KX 250 R), built between 2005 and 2008.
