The R850R, R1100R, R1150R and R nineT represent different generations of BMW roadsters. In modern retro conversions, a round headlight can serve as a deliberate design element. This universal model has a black housing, clear glass and an H4 prism reflector, without promising model-specific usability.

Take modern front technology into account

Depending on the roadster and the state of modification, instruments, holders and cable routes can be arranged very differently. Compare the 200 mm recording width and the M8 points with the planned construction. There must be enough space for the housing and the connections behind it.

Check the actual electrical interface of the motorcycle. The information on H4 and parking lights does not represent a statement about a direct connection. You should also check at both steering stops whether the tank, forks, instruments, cables or lines are touched.

The headlight is E-tested; The permissibility of the complete conversion does not automatically follow from this. Installation height, alignment, fastening and all other changes must be assessed on the specific R850R, R1100R, R1150R or R nineT.
