Measure the front structure precisely

The actual installation situation can vary greatly between the CB models mentioned and individual conversions. Therefore, measure the holder distance, available space and the desired position. The housing must not come into contact with any instruments, forks, tanks, lines or cables during steering movements.

The connections must also be checked. The existing wiring harness must be matched with the H4 main light and parking light; Necessary technical changes should not be assumed. Plan additional space behind the 138 mm housing depth for tension-free cable routing.

The headlight is E-tested. Nevertheless, the legal requirements for assembly, alignment and overall conversion must be assessed separately for the specific motorcycle.
