The neoprene lining is designed for the 48 liter Atlas aluminum bag. It lines the interior and helps reduce shock and friction that the motorcycle's vibrations can cause to the bag and luggage.

Easy assembly
The double-sided adhesive tape can be attached inside the bag. The male velcro fastener on it accepts the counterpart on the neoprene liner and holds the liner in the bag.
