AXP Xtrem Skid Plate for the GAS GAS EC 350 F

The AXP Xtrem Skid Plate protects the lower vehicle area of the GAS GAS EC 350 F in the 2021-2023 model year range. Their construction extends over the entire frame area to under the footrests and thus also includes the deeper components in the protection.

Protection for motor area and deflection

The protective plate completely encloses the water pump and also protects the deflection. Below the deflection, the construction reaches a total of 16mm thanks to its additional material thickness. The PE-HD used with a thickness of 8mm is finished in black.

Maintenance-friendly design

The skid plate does not have to be dismantled for oil service: the oil filter can be changed and the oil can be drained while the protective plate remains installed. This supports an uncomplicated maintenance process and saves additional assembly steps during this work.

Material properties

Polyethylene is 40% lighter than aluminum, does not generate vibrations and is not subject to deformation. The material also ages better over time. The protective plate thus combines comprehensive underbody protection with a comparatively low overall weight.
